Solar Projects and Gen-Tie Lines: Knight & Leavitt has completed cultural resource surveys/inventories for 12 large scale solar projects and gen-tie lines in the last nine years, many having continued to historic properties treatment plan, data recovery, and/or mitigation. All these projects have required visual assessments for cultural resources. At least three are in construction or have been completed. Transmission Lines: Knight & Leavitt has completed cultural resource/archaeology research for several transmission lines that entails hundreds of miles. These projects have included new transmission lines, retired transmission lines, and associated facilities.
